How the Dragon Got it's Fire ( A Folktale)

Once people didn't think dragons have feelings and sent them out of town forever. Hunters that wanted to kill dragons for their medicinal cures because they would make so much money.

But, when people thought they didn't have feelings, they were wrong about some because some do.

A hunter one day went into the cave of the last of the dragons. He tracked down the room that the dragon was in. He went inside and ...

What ?!

The dragon stared at the hunter suspiciously. "Eeeeeeek!", said the hunter.

The hunter gasped for his breath and ran.

When the hunter was not looking the dragon flew right in front of him. And then he ran into the dragon's mouth.

Once the hunter was inside the mouth, he started a fire.

The dragon was sitting in his chair smoking his bubble pipe and reading a great book about what dragons need to survive. But, as soon as he was reaching up to take his bubble pipe out, he felt a sniff in his nose. The dragon sneezed, and fire and smoke came out of his nose. And fire splattered out like broken glass out of his mouth.

When the hunter got free, he ran for his life.

And that is how the dragon got it's fire.

The End.
