The Merry-Go-Round

With infinite beauty, only words can describe it, I lie peacefully on the platform surrounded by bars and an inspiring view of the playground. Glass shards lie all around on the spongy-like surface of the ground. I run around the merry-go-round, struggling to make it spin. After it gets to a satisfying speed, I jump on the platform.

I lie down looking up at the sky. As I twirl round and round, I see an octopus in the sky. It is looking down on me like a little fish for its supper. But slowly, it forms into an odd little old man head. Then he is the one looking at me. After that, I completely ignore the head and close my eyes, entering my own world, but there is nothing there.

The merry-go-round slows, but is still spinning. It is like standing on the earth, it is spinning on an axis, but you don't feel it. And instead of 24 hours, you have 24 seconds.
